തുകയും encahsment details ഇവ അപ്ഡേറ്റ് ചെയ്ത് Bill Book,Covering letter
ഉള്‍പ്പെടെ ട്രഷറിയില്‍ Reconciliation ചെയ്യാന്‍ നല്‍കുക. (മുന്‍പ് ജോലി
ചെയ്ത ഓഫീസിലെ വിവരങ്ങള്‍ അപ്ഡേറ്റ് ചെയ്തു ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കണം) . ട്രഷറിയില്‍
Reconciliation ചെയ്തു കിട്ടിയാല്‍ proceedings(AnnexureX11) and Statement

Contribution ചാര്‍ട്ടും മറ്റ് ഫോമുകളും ഡൌണ്‍ലോഡ്സില്‍.

- 2.claim approval ->
- 3.Make Bill from approved claims
- 4.E-Submit.
